Farmer Wilson Joins Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty

Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to welcome Steven “Farmer” Wilson to their talented team of Incline Village-based associates. He joins the team from Berkshire Hathaway.

Born in Nashville, TN, Wilson received his Bachelor’s Degree in Agri-Business from Murray State University.

For over 26 years Wilson and his wife lived on their farm in Nunnley, TN, with their six kids before moving to the Sierra in 2019. Wilson brings an extensive background in all aspects of homemaking, including owning and running the day-to-day operations of an electrical utility subcontracting company and buying, restoring and selling private residential properties and farms.

Since moving to Nevada, Wilson has completely immersed himself in the Incline Village culture. He was also awarded The Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Honor Society in 2020 – an award recognizing the top 16% in the Nationwide network for residential GCI.

Trust, competency, and work ethic are just a few skills Wilson brings to the Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty team. Wilson prides himself on his integrity and his willingness to listen to his clients’ needs.

“I feel very fortunate to have Farmer join our family at Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty.  His commitment to the community and understanding of customer service are in line with the culture that Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty has developed over the years,” says Anne Wulff, Managing Broker for the Incline Village, NV office.

When he is not selling real estate, Wilson volunteers his time at several different philanthropic organizations in Incline Village, including, Kids & Horses, W.A.R.F, and Knights of Columbus. He also enjoys all the amazing outdoor activities living in the Sierra has afforded him.

“Moving to Incline Village has given me the opportunity to hike or snowshoe some of the most remote and beautiful areas in our country. Lake Tahoe provides an outdoorsman the most pristine lake in the world and a paradise my six children and their families love to visit,” Wilson said regarding his move to Incline Village.
